Brian S. Jones passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on October 11, 2023.
Brian was born in the Bronx on December 26, 1934, to Grace and Bill Jones. Brian was a graduate of Manhattan College and St. John’s University School of Law. Throughout his long career as an attorney, Brian, a brilliant trial lawyer, served many clients. Mostly, he just loved to help people.
Brian will be remembered most for his strong faith, incredible generosity and his boundless love for his family. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 64 years, Bernadette, and his children Kevin,(Maureen)Jones, Tim Jones, Maureen (Angelo) Mandarano and Eileen (Paul) Thedinga. Grandpa Brian will be missed by his grandchildren, Brian, Lauren, Sean, Kerry, Mikey, Gabriella, Audrey, Tyler, Maggie, Gracie, Megan, Kristen and his great-granddaughter, Charlotte. Brian was pre-deceased by his beloved sisters Pat and Maggie. Brian is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. His friends are too many to count.
